This is even more important now that gyms are closed and our normal options of exercising have been removed. Method Fitness is moving to an online training platform whilst the current restrictions in Brisbane are in place. Join in on our group classes or try online personal training from our home to yours.

Method Fitness specialises in womens fitness for all ages and abilities. If you want to turn back the clock, lose weight, increase strength, tone up, set goals and improve your quality of life, we are here for you! Our classes are held in across inner Brisbane in certfied local fitness studios. This ensures a safe environment where you will feel energised and motivated to train hard and reach your fitness goals.

Belinda Howard is the founder and lead trainer at Method Fitness. She’s a qualified and dedicated trainer who strives to deliver the best Personal Training, Small Group Fitness Training, Indoor Cycle and Yoga experiance. She is the Leader of Method Fitness Adventures and is the lover of travel and trekking and can’t resist a glass of sparkling on a Friday night!

As a trainer, you are extremely supportive, qualified, tough but fair, know our individual strengths and weaknesses. Your encouragement is paramount and out of this world. Your knowledge is not only in the training industry, it is extremely broad, from nutrition, skeletal, holistic and medical. You know our limits but push us to our bodies capable extremes. Your individual programs are carefully structured for individual needs which are if professional standard. You handle classes with sheer professionalism when needed and a very caring approach when we hit rock bottom and that's why I WILL NEVER GO ANYWHERE ELSE. XXXXX
